Customer Portal

Each Azym client has access to the customer portal.  The customer portal allows you to view your existing products and services with us, view and pay any outstanding invoices as well as order new products.

To access this portal, do the following:

  1. Browse to https://my.azym.com/
  2. Log in with your registered email address and password.  If required, this can be reset and resent to you.

Once you are logged in, you will see this screen:

From here you will see your personal details on record, the amount of services and domains you have with us, as well as the amount of current invoices.  Clicking on Services will take you to the My Products & Services page. From here you can order new services, or view the details for existing services by clicking on ‘Active’ button next to each domain name.

Access your cPanel / Webmail

If you want to access your cPanel (Hosting control panel) you can do so by clicking on the ‘ACTIVE’ button next to the account you want to access.

From here you will be able to:

  1. Access your cPanel
  2. Access your Webmail
  3. Access basic functionality from cPanel
  4. Quickly create mail accounts.

Of course, there is much more to cPanel than what is available from the quick-access section in the portal.  For more functionality, you should log in to cPanel using the link provided.
