Azym provides a fully functional webmail portal for use with mail addresses hosted by Azym. However, you are more than welcome to use any mail client of your choice. Although we do our best to offer support for 3rd party software like MS Office our level of support on them are limited to basic troubleshooting only. As always - if you are using software by a 3rd party to access your mail with us, it falls on the vendor to provide support on their product.
NB: First and foremost - we will not offer any support on any unlicensed or 'pirate' software.
We always endeavour to offer the best level of support, and as a result we have to also limit ourselves to what is currently supported by the vendors themselves. Therefor, the following operating systems and mail clients are no longer supported by Azym staff.
MS Windows / MS Office
Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Office 2010 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Office 2013 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Office 2016 is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Some of these still have 'extended support' so we will explain in detail what that actually means: During Extended Support, Microsoft continues to provide security and reliability updates, and bug fixes, but non-security updates are not provided without a paid support agreement.
TLS1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption is no longer supported as it reached end of life 14 Nov 2020. This is also why it is disabled on our servers and why older mail clients have trouble sending using our servers as MTA.
